Goals will be created with input from each individual and/or their family. Therapy and treatment that is meaningful and beneficial to their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Necessary equipment or therapy tools can be trialed and sourced to enhance and achieve goals, such as improved mobility or activities of daily living.
