Each individual will be supported via:

Ongoing assessments, reviews and monitoring to ensure that they are being provided with meaningful and effective therapy and care. Goal setting with the focus on each individual. Goals will be created with input from each individual and/or their family. Therapy and treatment that is meaningful and beneficial to their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Necessary equipment or therapy tools can be trialed and sourced to enhance and achieve goals, such as improved mobility or activities of daily living.
