With over 20 years of experience in the disability sector, PC&S collaborates with NDIS participants to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Services:

Support Coordination: Assisting participants in navigating their NDIS plans, linking them to necessary services, and ensuring comprehensive and adequately funded plans.

Positive Behaviour Support: Utilizing applied behaviour analysis to understand and modify challenging behaviours, implementing strategies to improve quality of life and community access.
