We pride ourselves on client satisfaction, listening, building rapport and having Exercise Physiology as an enjoyable yet effective service. We have had some great success with people to improve their mobility around the house and ability to complete tasks which have becoming increasingly difficult with age- outcomes we have achieved include reducing incidence of falls, return to activity such as regular exercise, safe use of stairs and greater ease in getting out of chairs.
