Are you looking for an active female support worker who listens to you ?Hi,
I am an active 55 year old woman and I live in Caloundra.
I have been working in the disability sector since 2017 as a support worker, team leader and supporting people to request funding and implementation of their NDIS Plans. I have Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and Certificate IV in Disability qualifications.
I am passionate about making a difference to support people with 'real' capacity building to kick some goals. What do you want to do? Would you like to get a job, would you like support during your job or would you like support to increase your community participation and need support to research some interests.
I enjoy going for beach and bush walks, going to the movies, shopping, cooking, gardening, animals, having coffee, eating out and visiting new places. I can use most Microsoft applications, can type and am pretty good with formatting documents. I have a caring quiet nature and enjoy helping people in any way I can. I enjoy the company of people of all ages.
Please be in touch and we can work together to achieve your goals.

Career Exploration Activities
Evidence based activities such as work experience in real workplaces to gain an understanding of different roles.
If you are thinking of going back to work or working for the first time, an "informational interview" is a great way to find out about a type of job or career at a company or in a field that interests you. You can do this even when there’s no job opening. Asking someone for an informational interview shows motivation to work, eagerness to learn about employment opportunities, and interest in exploring a particular workplace or field.
Participant/ Employer/ Co-worker training and support
We provide post-employment counselling and consulting to the participant, their employer and co-workers to improve work performance, workplace supervision, interpersonal workplace relationships and support employment sustainability
Situational Assessment/ Work Skills Assessment (also known as job sampling, on the job assessment, or environmental assessment)
We undertake a situational assessment in true workplaces to assist an individual to make choices about the types of jobs and work environments they may enjoy. Assessments in simulated work environments, and in facility-based programs do not contain the nuances and variables of actual work environments, which are necessary to make an informed choice concerning employment options. This robust evidence-based assessment helps the individual to make choices about the types of jobs and work environments that they would enjoy.
Situational assessment is a form of career exploration considered helpful for participants with little or no work experience; difficulties with communication, or people whose job goals are unclear.
Workplace Assessment/Job Analysis
