Including managing health conditions, participating in activities, feeling confident, improving physical fitness and managing chronic conditions.

I love all sports and working with my clients to help them get the best outcomes. I have been working as a health counsellor, personal trainer, and cycling coach for many years. After competing overseas and living overseas for the last few years, I’m excited to now be permanently based on the Sunshine Coast, where I can offer my services to the local community. Whether you’re aiming to reach a new sporting milestone or simply want to feel and move better in your daily life, I work closely with you to develop a personalised plan that aligns with your needs and goals.

My approach is holistic and considers both your mental and physical well-being. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s not only effective but also enjoyable and collaborative, incorporating elements of fun and motivation. I also provide telehealth services, making it easier for you to access support no matter where you are.
