Determining your eligibility for Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) involves a few key criteria. Here’s a breakdown to help you understand if you might qualify for SDA funding.

1. Extreme Functional Impairment
You may be eligible for SDA if you have an extreme functional impairment in one or more of the following areas:
- Mobility: Significant challenges in moving around, requiring extensive assistance or specialized equipment.
- Self-care: Difficulty performing daily tasks like eating, dressing, or bathing without significant help.
- Self-management: Challenges in making decisions, managing personal affairs, or handling daily activities independently.
Note: You only need to have an extreme impairment in one of these areas to meet this criterion.
OR
If you have extremely reduced psychosocial functioning, you may also qualify if you experience significant limitations in:
- Mobility
- Self-care
- Self-management
Again, only one of these areas needs to be significantly impacted.
