From free advice, ongoing one-on-one support, and all your in-home NDIS needs serviced by one reputable, established market leader and NDIS registered provider. Unlike most not-for-profit providers, HCA Home has no waiting lists. If we know that we cannot service your needs, we’ll be transparent about it and refer you to another provider.

We go that extra mile

When you join HCA Home, we want to hear your story and help you start a new chapter. That’s why we come to you to get to know you in the comfort of your own home. We offer a complete personalised support plan where we identify your outcomes or goals and your challenges. We help customers, like you, understand your plan and get the most out of their package without compromising on quality of service. Additionally, we send a HCA Home care coordinator to come with you to your 12 months plan review meeting to assist with the size of funding required in the new year.

We take the safety of our participants very seriously. This means we act on anything that makes one of our participants feel or become unsafe. Our support workers complete a police check, working with children check and their past employers are contacted in the hiring process.
