Our Support Workers are here to assist our clients in accessing the community to increase quality of life.At Disability First, we have immediate availability for Support Coordination and individual supports (personal care, community access and transportation) to Plan Managed and Self-Managed NDIS participants.

Our team are qualified, experienced and passionate about the support they provide. All of our workers have a NDIS Workers Screening Check, Working With Children's Check, First Aid & CPR, COVID-19 Infection Control Training, Cultural Integrity Training, along with their relevant qualification. Additionally, some of our staff are officially trained with complex care supports such as manual handling, medication administration, epilepsy management, mental health support, and more.

Despite being an unregistered provider, we adhere to the NDIA quality and safeguard framework as well as the disability services framework.

If you need assistance in gaining access to the NDIA, our team are able to assist by having a FREE meeting with you to discuss eligibility, and proceed with collecting correct documentation, and will support you throughout the process.
