Arts Therapy is a symbolic evidence-based technique that can bring excellent results, reflecting life allowing the individual to remove obstacles or problems, resolve conflicts and gain acceptance of self.

For children, Art Therapy offers a unique experience for the child to process their experiences in a safe and non-judgmental way. Through symbolic play and role-play, the child can work through and integrate their life experiences helping them to self-regulate and heal. Child-centred Expressive Arts Therapy lets the child lead at their pace which allows for autonomy and self-realization. For children needing help in areas such as:
