A support group for people with a mental health diagnosis.We are a group who meet 2 hours weekly at 10am on Fridays for the purpose of finding support in mental health recovery. Everyone is invited to share, and the facilitator ensures a sense of safety and meaning is experienced. Several members have been part of the group for several years, and new people are currently being invited to join.
