Empowerable Nursing Care Services (ENCS) is NDIS approved provider in Brisbane, QLD. ENCS have a team of experienced registered nurses and support workers that are available to work. Our mission is to understand and support our clients' goals. Part of services we offer is Community nursing care. Taking clients in need of community nursing services is something we can immediately accommodate. We are advocates for people by promoting the delivery of right care at the right place and at the right time. We engage and present with our clients and their love ones. Our decision making and all of our planning revolve around them. Our team of nurses have excellent communication and listens skills, they are sensitive towards each unique situation.

Our service area includes, but not limited, are Ipswich, Brisbane, Scenic Rim, Logan and Gold Coast.

We are a family run Support Service in the disability sector. We aim to provide the highest possible care for those most vulnerable in the community. We encourage and assist our clients to thrive in their everyday lifestyle, while also stepping out of there comfort zone and exploring many actives in the community. Parcare Support Service has now got availability to assist more clients in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area with social and community access, individual supports in the home, daily living skills, personal and domestic care, meal preparation and group activities.We aim to work towards clients goals and connect the right support team with participants to ensure there receiving the best support possible.

Brighter Connections provides In Home Support, Support Coordination, Tutoring, and very soon In Home Therapy. We service children and young people with a current NDIS Plan.Brighter Connections is a paediatric NDIS service provider, offering services to families with young people or children in their care that are recipients of an NDIS plan. Brighter Connections aim is to connect children and young people with disabilities from 0-18yo, to their goals, by offering a range of specialised support services to enable them to reach their true potential.
