Tania has over 30 years sector experience and is a qualified Developmental Educator, with expertise across a wide range of areas having worked extensively in Government service provision, the NDIA Scheme Implementation and as a provider of services in community settings. Tania has a personal connection to mental health supports and a deep understanding of legislation, person centred approaches and experience across all areas of disability.

We know what works and what does not work well, and what it takes to be a great service provider. DiD is passionate about bringing together knowledge and experience to support people to live on their own terms, and to be genuinely connected and included in the fabric of community.

The journey to establish I.B Care was profoundly personal. In 2019, our founder’s young brother was involved in an accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. Stepping in to care for him, she witnessed first-hand the challenges and triumphs that come with living with a disability.

This deeply personal experience inspired a commitment to change the lives of disabled individuals, helping them realise their potential and live fulfilling lives despite their circumstances.
