Are professional team is committed to great communication, trust , respect and reliability, insuring your laundry is handled with care. With FREE pick up and delivery we will wash, dry and fold your laundry and delivery it back to you smelling beautiful and fresh. We also offer a pet laundry service for NDIS participants that have service animals that are registered with the NDIS, we can wash pet blankets, coats, and quilts. Group workshops designed for NDIS participants (particularly within mental health) to explore emotions, identity, expression and create peer support networks.Empower Coaching are here to help you help yourself. Empower Coaching provides Psychosocial Coaching for NDIS participants to live their lives as fully as possible. We use a person-centred approach which is where the person is placed at the centre of the service and treated as a person first. The focus is on the person and what they can do. Support is focused on achieving the person's aspirations and tailored to their needs and unique circumstances.

Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, clients will be supported to build capacity, including strengths and resilience. Emma will work collaboratively with clients, their families, carers, and other services to design, plan, implement and review a recovery plan.

We also run workshops using play as a means to connect. Our workshops are designed to support Team Work, Expression, Exploration, Social Support and Conflict Resolution. The workshops use an adapted Lego™Serious Play™ methodology which utilises the use of play to come up with more creative solutions to problems. Please contact us for dates.
