Guardian Hands will conduct an initial consultation in the participants home or at our head office in Merrylands NSW where we will discuss your goals and your NDIS plan. We will draw up a yearly plan that aligns with your NDIS budget to maximise the use of your plan and achieve your goals. 



Guardian Hands work hard to partner participants with support workers that are compatible and we will discuss this during the initial consultation. We will also follow up with the participant weekly to ensure you are happy with our service and to ensure our support is aligning with your goals.

We are Kurt and Hayley and we are a husband and wife team and we have three young adventurous boys. We have a passion for helping people with disabilities and encouraging them to be in control over their own lives.

Hayley is a registered nurse and Kurt is an experienced support worker, gardener and handyman and between the two of us and our wonderful staff we have an abundance of knowledge and experience within the health industry, general practice, aged care, community and disability services which includes a variety of different skills. This allows us to use our imagination when it comes to offering our services.

At CHG Care we believe in building friendships and helping you to develop the skills in building friendships and community connections. Not only are we there for our participants but also the families and carers. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our participants.
