He is young, charismatic and puts a lot of pride into ensuring the service he provides is able to motivate and improve the lives of his clientele, both physically and mentally.

Alex's aim is for the participant to develop an enjoyment for physical activity, explore new hobbies and to discover a newfound confidence in themselves.

Our staff are very experienced in supporting and we uphold excellence of care through constant staff training. Our experience includes provision of nursing care, mental health supports, personal care, household tasks, domestic support, wound care, medication management, dysphagia support, community access and participation and various clinical supports. Our vision and mission is based on provision of supports to people with physical disabilities due to chronic medical conditions, spinal injuries, strokes, muscular dystrophy, MS, amputations, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, palliative care and any other physical conditions. We have registered nurse who are also WELL experienced in mental health and behaviour management. We want to see people with either physical or psychosocial conditions cared for properly with compassion and excellence of care while at the same time enjoying life to their fullest potential. We respect dignity of risk where people want to participate in fun activities that they have always wanted to do to enjoy life in a safe way regardless of their physical limitations. We believe in giving and facilitating a fulfilled life for everyone under our care. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy life and find purpose and meaning for their lives.

Our excellence of care is based on the amount and quality of training we provide for our staff. Because we have qualified registered nurses in our leadership team, we are able to provide on-going training for staff regarding complex cares such as catheter care, stoma care, wound management, medication administration, insulin administration, monitoring vital signs, PEG feed, personal hygiene, continence care and general customer service. As a result we reduce possibility of hospital transfers by reducing risks of infections and pressure injuries. We train our staff regarding maintaining skin integrity especially for incontinent people and those with limited mobility.

We provide respite and SIL. Families and carers are able to take a break as we look after the client under our respite care. We have beautiful and spacious home in stanhope Gardens with adjustable hospital beds and hoists / lifters to help with trasnfers. This house has disability access and wide corridors and sensory room. We do gardening with our participants in the backyard as an activity. We subscribe to the community centre across the road where our clients have access to swimming, tennis courts and BBQ area.
