Accessible Nutrition provide specialised nutrition and dietetic services for people with disability, children and their families. Our individual dietetic consultations provide nutrition assessments, education and plans for eating by mouth, via a feedin...Accessible nutrition provides individual dietetic consultations focusing on children and people with disability who eat by their mouth, through a feeding tube (home enteral nutrition) or a combination of both.

We also offer group nutrition workshops/presentations to adults, parents/carers, therapists and other disability or children's services workers.

Accessible Nutrition is owned and operated by Charity Spalding. Charity is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is a Registered Medicare and NDIS provider. In 2022 Sheridan Collins, another highly experienced dietitian joined the team.

Charity has also co-authored a cookbook called Easy Healthy Tasty. Easy Healthy Tasty is a cookbook for anyone. It's been purposefully designed to be easy to navigate, packed full of every day meals and all of the recipes can be made without the use of a sharp knife!
