Occupational Therapy Service (specialised mental health/psychosocial disability)Person First Alliance is a mobile occupational therapy service and we specialised in providing OT services to NDIS participants with mental health and psychosocial disabilities. We have a female and a male OT in our service who are both experienced and has specialised in mental health.

Our service currently has immediate capacity and we are accepting occupational therapy referrals for participants diagnosed with mental health and psychosocial disability aged 16 years old and above. As we are still waiting to be registered with NDIS, unfortunately, we are only able to provide services to self-managed and plan- managed participants at current.

I have previously been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years, working in hospitals and GP clinics.

I have 2 children and love animals. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat and a horse currently! My horse is accessbile to clients if they wish to spend some time connecting with nature and they can interact with her if they wish.

I love to cook and bake, listen to music, dance, be around animals as well as be outside in nature. I'm a practical person who can do basic home maintenance and I am pretty good at problem solving! I am patient, respectful and non judgemental and accept all genders, ethnicities and cultures.

My main area of interest is supporting people with social, psychosocial and learning difficulties, including young people, adults and women in the peri and post natal periods.

I also have a love for supporting elderly people and enjoy building and maintaining lasting relationships.

I get on with everyone I meet and I get such joy from seeing how my help and support makes a difference to those I'm with.
