Clinically Lead Exercise and Rehabilitation

CLEAR Exercise Physiology is owned and operated by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Gillian Logan. Gillian provides assessment and supervised exercise suitable for NDIS participants with:

individual sessions including telehealth small group sessions (4-6 people); and individual hydrotherapy.

Gillian has worked extensively with NDIS participants including clients with MS, CMT, connective tissue disorders, and chronic conditions including fibromyalgia, endometriosis and mental health.

Gillian is experienced in prescribing exercise to help her clients achieve their NDIS goals. Gillian focuses on functional outcomes and provides long term rehabilitation, support and structured exercise.

Gillian also has a special interest in neurological conditions such as MS and stroke rehabilitation.
