Our team has extensive experience supporting participants with high-care, or complex support needs who require 24-hour support, including participants with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), Spinal Cord injuries, amputations, and work-related dust diseases.

Our team of support workers are required to complete a comprehensive recruitment process and are selected based on their understanding, compassion, and experience in providing quality care services. We then match each carer with clients based on personality, skill-set, and experience. We continue to educate and support our carers with ongoing education and training, all overseen by our experienced nurses.

Behind our team of care workers, is an organisation with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Since 2012, Kinder Caring has achieved Certification to the Attendant Care Industry Standards (ACIS). Before that, in 2003 we were the first organisation of our type to receive accreditation from the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS). We are a Registered Provider for the NDIS, iCare in New South Wales, NIISQ in Queensland, and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkSafe in Victoria.

In most instances, a combination of soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and movement, together with a home-care exercise program will usually lead to a resolution of the problem.

Our goal is to identify and treat the cause, as 9 times out of 10, where the pain is, is never the actual problem.

We believe that movement is your number one form of medicine, so it is very rare that you will be told to go away and rest an injury!

We want to send you away from the clinic, stronger and more educated than when you first arrived. The real work starts once the pain is gone.

We also work closely with other clinical disciplines such as chiropractors, osteopaths, exercise physiologists, physios, and sports doctors. If there is something we believe we can’t give 100% to, we shall refer out to one of the other modalities to make sure you get the best treatment possible.
