About Urban Physiotherapy Clinic

NDIS Physiotherapy treatment is aimed at restoring or maintaining mobility, function and wellbeing, to foster your independence and ability to participate at work, home, school and in your community. We are a leading Physiotherapy and Allied Health Practice in North Sydney. We provide Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics services. Our team of Allied Health professionals work together to provide you the holistic care you deserve. We don't just treat the symptoms or provide a band-aid solution, but to discover and address the root course of your issue.

Exercise physiology, dietetics and physiotherapy!

We aim to restore or maintain your mobility, independence, function, health and wellbeing. We use different evidence based therapies to provide you the best holistic care. For those who require multiple health services, our team will provide a client-centered approach to managing your health. Our exercise physiologists, dietitians and physiotherapists work together every day supporting you to reach your goals. An exercise physiologist specialises in the assessment & prescription of physical activity for people with disability and chronic health conditions. We use exercise as medicine to help you reach your physical health goals, whether they are related to strengthening your muscles and bones, falls prevention, improved mobility, behaviour management or mental health. A dietitian specialises in assessing your nutritional needs in order to develop personalised eating plans that consider your medical conditions and personal circumstances. Lastly, A physiotherapist will assist you with improving function and increasing your independence through assessing you for assistive devices and technology (walking aids etc) as well as prescribing simple exercises to improve your mobility and capacity to complete day-to-day activities.
