About AKM Care
Levels 1, 2 & 3 Support Coordunation and Psychosocial Recovery CoachingAt AKM Care we work closely with participants to recognize barriers that prevent them from participating in society. We support participant’s and their support circle to identify solutions and encourage cooperative problem solving. We work to remove barriers for people with disabilities and acknowledge their rights to full participation as citizens.
