Our Speech Therapists specialise in both diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders.Over the years we have seen people with disabilities struggle to get easily accessible and equal healthcare opportunities – HJP was created to fill that burgeoning void. It is aimed at building a community-based healthcare solution that fosters lasting relationships and helps people become the best version of themselves.

Filled with an overpowering passion to help people, our experienced clinicians go above and beyond to provide high quality services at our clients’ convenience. Our wide range of community-based services include Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Dietetics services for people funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

HJP was founded by 2 physiotherapists with 20 years of experience under their belt. They have a background of working in rehab hospitals with a multidisciplinary team. Therefore, we know the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in patient care; hence providing a one-stop shop for all your allied health needs.

1. Your one-stop shop for all your allied health needs

Most organisations do not provide such a comprehensive range of allied health services. The problem that arises from this is possible miscommunication and lost information in the process of patient handover from one organisation to the next if you require several allied health services. However, because we provide a comprehensive service under one roof, this problem is mitigated when our disciplines cross refer thereby allowing continuation of care.

2. Maximise your funds for therapy

We pride ourselves on patient care by maximising your funds for therapy. As per NDIS guidelines, providers can charge travel expenses for each way up to 60 minutes for the last client of the day. We do not do this. We only ever charge a maximum of 30 minutes travel round trip for any and every appointment. Plus, we throw in an exercise starter pack for all clients needing Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology to save your funds.

3. We donate 5% profits to charities of your choice

Health Journey Partner supports the community. We donate 5% profits to charities of our clients' choice. By choosing us, you will also be helping others in need.
