Our support workers and caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals who are thoroughly screened, background checked, have police checks, blue and yellow cards, and current CPR and first aid. Our typical support worker and caregiver profile are qualified in Individual Support Certificate III Disability, Ageing Home and Community, with experience as a support worker and caregiver.
