Our Services

Assistance with daily living

Assistance with daily personal activities this support category relates to assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable you to live as autonomously as possible. Our services are provided individually and can be based in a range of environments, including but not limited to, your own home.

Personal care supports

Assistance with daily personal activities such as personal care and hygiene. This might include assisting you with morning and evening routines, bathing, dressing and toileting, catheter care, PEG feeding, meal preparation, house cleaning and managing medication.

Participation in community, social and recreational activities

Become more involved in your community. This could include help to join a recreation or sports program, find volunteer opportunities and assistance to attend events such as concerts or sports games.

Development of daily living skills

We can assist you to develop practical living skills and independence, like budgeting, shopping, cooking, washing clothes or job hunting. We work with you to determine your individual needs, preferences and goals.

Assistance with independent travel and transport

We can assist you to develop the skills you need to travel and use public transport independently.

Assistance to go on holiday

Travel is a great way to experience new things and participate in the community. We can assist you to plan a holiday and accompany you at your destination.

Assistance to find or maintain employment

We can provide workplace assistance that enables you to successfully obtain and or retain employment in the open or supported labour market.

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is a service for Year 12 school leavers to assist with transition from school into employment. This may include work experience, job site training, travel training and activities that contribute to achieving and employment outcome and linkages to ongoing employment.
