About Living Communities

Our Recovery Coach takes a dedicated person-centered approach to creating the best recovery plan and and offers a unique set of skills when empowering others, coordinating supports, and walking alongside participants through their mental health journey. At Living Communities, we promote the individual rights, freedom and expression of our diverse community by promoting opportunities for meaningful participation in the community. We do this by building a ‘living community’ – a breathing, growing, and adaptable network of support – to ensure individuals who access our services reach their goals.

Our vision is to promote the growth and development of the daily lives of our people, by building living communities. We do this by making our clients the centre of everything we do.

Our primary objective is to provide disability support services to members of diverse communities, in particular the LGBTQI+ communities, who identify as having a disability and/or require support services. We aim to provide a range of services in the areas of core supports, psychosocial recovery coaching, capacity building, and support coordination.

Living Community is highly focused on ensuring it has a team of high-quality and skilled staff who will deliver outstanding services to its customers. It is essential that our staff are:

➜ Professional and Friendly

➜ Flexible

We accommodate the needs of customers.

➜ Genuine

➜ Skills and Qualifications
