About Care Are Us

Working with participants, their families, and carers to improve client’s social interaction and community engagement.Did you know that as of 2022, it was reported that there are over 4.4 million Australians suffering from a physical disability or a mental health disorder, but only 518,000 who are on the NDIS? That’s 12%! At Care Are Us, we feel a certain level of responsibility to ensure that everyone suffering from a physical disability or a mental health disorder, is aware of their rights and the scheme in order to access the best possible care. With that, we must understand that those living with invisible disabilities can struggle to provide evidence that proves they fit the criteria, which is why our qualified staff have been specially trained to voice these concerns and ensure that people living with these disabilities are given the funding they need and deserve.

We understand that disabilities don’t define a person. Keeping this in mind, our staff have a responsibility to ensure an individually tailored plan of support is created to empower and expand the knowledge of our clients while increasing their ability to be active participants of the community. At Care Are Us, we ensure that all participants are comfortable in expressing their needs. Some services we offer include; home care, personal assistance, personal care, social and community participation, social development and safe engagement with the community. In other words, the care and services accessed through the NDIS are designed to suit our client’s individual needs and goals.
