Our Community Access programs are tailored to participants' goals and needs.Precision Care & Services Australia is a family owned business providing expert individual support to clients in their home and accessing the community. Our team has a committed group of staff who have a range of experience and knowledge within the Health and Community sectors.

We are able to assist you in a range of areas, including;

Daily Personal Activities - We support you to attend to daily personal care and hygiene needs, assistance with household tasks, meal preparation and cleaning. Social and Community Participation - We support our clients to be active members of their community and remain engaged in their passions and personal interests. Transport Support - We can assist you with transport to access services outside your home including support to attend appointments, undertake household shopping and access social and recreational activities. Skill Development (Life Skills) - We can support you to learn a range of skills based on your needs to assist you at home and in the community such as, grocery shopping, cooking, budgeting, accessing public transport and developing social skills.
