Our Director of Care offers a free initial consultation to determine what services you may need and if we are a good fit.

The Services we provide.

Core Supports/Capacity Building

• Assistance with—In home care- personal care, meal preparation, tidy-up, goal setting/life skills and emotional support.

• Assistance with Transportation- getting to and from activities/appointments.

• Participation in group-based activities—exploring goal setting for improved community access and participation, socialising and fun of course.

• Employment support—we can assist in goal setting and providing support at a new job or building confidence to take the next step.

Nursing services

We can provide nursing care to both self/ plan managed NDIS participants (with nursing services in their budget) and self-funded clients.

Some of the areas covered:

• post-acute care, including device management such as enteral feeding (nasogastric and PEG) and IDC

• complex wound care—VAC, COBAN dressings, ulcer care, post-surgical

• continence assessments, bowel and incontinence care and catheter management
