About Vital Force Nutrition & Homoeopathy - Integrated Clinical Nutrition

I am a clinical nutritionist with experience in disabilities. I currently support clients/carers with education, diet strategies and supplementation where appropriate. There are many ways to inspire dietary habits to achieve health and happiness. As well as supporting parents directly in clinical nutrition I have visited group homes to present cooking demonstrations. These presentations offer simple but very nutritious methods and recipes. Using a variety of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits I use practical preparation techniques to support the staff. When a client feels physically content I.e. 'good digestion' it is often reflected in their behavior and their happiness. My dietary focus is to soothe the gastrointestinal system to optimize nutrient absorption. Healthy foods can be made delicious and interesting without sugars and artificial packaged products. I also work privately with individual clients and their families to create wellness programs incorporating diet plans and nutrient supplementation where appropriate. Each consultation is unique and tailored to the individual.
