We empower individuals via personalized support tailored to their unique needs. We provide OT services, including in-home, in-office, and telehealth sessions. Immediate capacity to assist with Level 1 and Level 2 support coordinationMyChoice and Control Disability Care Services believes that everyone should be provided with greater choice and control.
