Group fitness classes which develop cardiovascular fitness in a social settingMoov360 provides group exercise classes for people with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. We support people with disabilities to access a group exercise program where they feel safe, valued and supported. Our programs are designed to support individuals who may not be able to attend mainstream exercise classes.

Moov360 is proud to provide individually tailored programs and support to each client whilst using a group space to enhance social skills, group accountability and have fun. Our classes support people with disabilities to develop life-long friendships and build a positive association with living a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle.
