We offer LGBTQI+ tailored coordination of supports.Project Home Unity is a grassroots social support service for LGBTQI+ people living with disabilities and their families. Our mission is to fill the gap of accessible and affirming care for our rainbow community. All our profits go towards the formation of community building projects, because we are passionate about cultivating a supportive social network for our participants. 

We offer comprehensive, holistic support that is trauma-informed and focuses on helping you live a fulfilling life, whatever that means for you! 

Our services are available to NDIS participants, private clients, and through referral from other social services. This includes:

Social support - individual support work that emphasises compassion, emotional support, and building resilience through community connections Support coordination (level 1 & 2) - coordination of disability supports as well as social welfare assistance Family support - support for families with complex needs, experiencing life challenges, and difficulties with connection in the home and community Community building - we are developing community projects and groups to strengthen community connections and cultivate a united support network See more...
