Support Coordination - Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to: Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. A support coordinator or specialist support coordinator delivers support coordination services. Recovery Coaching - Recovery coaches will provide support to people with psychosocial disability to increase their independence, social participation and economic participation. People will be assisted to take more control of their lives and to better manage complex challenges of day to day living. Through recovery-enabling relationships and skilled coaching, people will be supported to build capacity, including strengths and resilience. Recovery coaches will work collaboratively with people, their families, carers, and other services to design, plan, implement and review a recovery plan. Personal care - his could involve personal duties like bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing, and toileting, as well as continence management and regular laundry, all done in the privacy of your own home. Community access- Support to Access their community in a range of ways whether it be through work, hobbies, shopping, attending social groups. Skills development - Acquiring the ability or capacity through sustained and systematic efforts, in order to carry out complex activities or job functions smoothly and adaptively, is termed skills development. In simple terms, identifying the skills gap and making efforts to improve them is known as skills development. In home support - This is a service that is very individual to the person receiving support and what their support needs are. Cleaning - Products can be provided or we can use your own products this is a specific service that you will be able to have tailored to your preference Medical appointments - Available staff to support you to attend your medical appointments Meal prep - Cooking your food at home can be a great way to eat nutritious meals that are delicious for the body. If you cook your meals, then there is no need to eat out for every meal. When you are cooking at home, you have the power to control what is going on in your body. You can be sure that all of the ingredients are healthy and beneficial for the body if you choose them yourself. Budgeting - What is a Budget? Budgeting is the process of creating a plan to spend your money. This spending plan is called a budget. Creating this spending plan allows you to decide in advance whether you will have enough money to do the things you need to do or would like to do. Budgeting is simply balancing your expenses with your income. Supported respite/holidays - Reach out and see how we may be able to support you with achieving your goals.
