Case managers at Encompass House support clients to reach their goals, self advocate and to be an active member in their own community. Face to face contact is an important component of delivering client directed and client focused support. We have an open house policy whereby clients and families are encouraged to drop in for a coffee and a chat.

Our multi disciplinary case management team have vast experience and knowledge in the disability sector and have established positive and influential networks.
