Auslands Care offers a wide range of high-quality support and care programs covering: life skills, adventure therapy, special interests, recreation and fun activity days. Services:

Supported independent living services are delivered in shared housing to adults with NDIS packages funded for assistance with activities for daily living. We have access to all types of accommodations houses across Victoria.

Individualised Living Options is a new, highly flexible support item funded through the NDIS, which ensures people are not limited to disability homes and Daily activities and Community Participation.

Short term supported accommodation is available at many residences where Mind provides support as well as other accommodation settings.

Medium term supported accommodation in a Mind-managed site is an option funded by the NDIS for those who require transitional housing while they wait for their permanent home to be ready to move in.
