Overview

Brisbane Disability Services is an existing new NDIS provider offering a range of disability services in your area. Our supports are tailored to assist you to live safely and comfortably at home and to actively enjoy your local community.

Our services are people centred, holistic and respond to the needs and goals of our participants, their families and carers. We listen to you, and in partnership, we develop tailored programs and supports that ensure that you receive the right support, where you want them and when you want them.

Services

Assist Personal Activities -(standard needs and high needs) – to assist you with your activities of daily living in your own home and to get you ready for the day ahead.

Accommodation/Tenancy- Do you require assistance in finding a place to live? Let our experienced staff assist to get the best place to suit your needs.

Development Life Skills - to enable you to boost your skills to participate independently in the community.

Support Connection and Assist Life Stage Transition- Do you need assistance to choose the right support or strengthen your skills to move to the next stage of your life? Brisbane Disability Services can assist with this process. We act independently with Support Coordination and will explain all the options open to you.

Participate Community- to support you to participate actively in recreational, social and civic activities and to enjoy what the local community has to offer.

Group and Centre based Activities – providing meaningful social, recreational and skill development activities in a group setting either in the community or at a local facility.

Develop Life Skills- Would you like support to build your skills to live independently in the community- we can help you.

Household Tasks – Our cleaners and gardeners can come to your home and assist you with the jobs around the house and make sure your home is safe and neat and tidy.

Daily Task/Shared Living – Would you like to live in a shared house with like-minded people? We can assist and provide the support you need.

Transport - Do you require transport as part of your NDIS support? Talk to us about how we can connect you with where you need to go in your community.

Home Modification- We can assist with required modifications to your property to make it accessible and suitable to your lifestyle.
