About Focused Well-being Services/FWBS

We support NDIS participants with cleaning, washing, meal preparation and any other domestic tasks and daily personal activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mealtime support, mobility and first aid.

Our philosophy

At Focused Well-being Services, we care deeply about our participants’ well-being and we believe they should have the final say in all matters relating to their support services.

We tailor NDIS support programs and put together customised teams of support workers to fit each participant’s individual needs.

Our Services:

We provide ongoing, in-home care to people with autism, intellectual disabilities, mental health concerns or physical disabilities. Our services range from personal care to recreational activity assistance.

Support Coordination: We help you make the best use of your supports in your NDIS plan Household tasks: Cleaning, washing, meal preparation and any other domestic tasks. Personal care: Daily personal activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mealtime support, mobility and first aid. Daily shared living tasks: Help with or supervising of daily life tasks in a group or shared living environment. Development of life skills: Support in completing activities that enhance participants’ ability to live more autonomously. Community participation: Assisting participants to actively engage in community, social and civic activities. Transportation and travel: Transporting participants to and from their activities in the community and beyond.

Our Caring Approach

We use a six-step service delivery model to ensure the highest possible standard of care.

  1. Initial contact

The participant briefly describes their situation and needs.

  1. Initial consultation

We sit down with the participant for an in-depth discussion.

  1. Build a service plan

We create a personalised care plan and team of support workers based on the participant’s individual needs.

  1. Implement the service plan

Our custom-built team puts the support program into action.

  1. Regular communication

We communicate with the participant and support workers regularly to get their feedback.

  1. Monitor and adjust

We make any necessary changes to the service plan and support team to ensure the participant is receiving optimal care.
