Team have strong experience in providing mental health and other supports.Our staff have over 20 years experience in providing support to children, families, carers and senior community members. We hold the ability to offer a large range of services aimed at improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals as well as making access to support a simpler process.

We offer high networking capabilities to offer a multidisciplinary approach to support and providing access to support you. We offer free guidance and information regarding accessing services. We also have Arabic speaking staff members available.

Our services range from:

• Parenting sessions

• Free NDIS consultations

• Group Centre Based Activities (Groups are facilitated by developmental educators, support workers, social workers and professional members of the community)

• Innovative Community Participation (Choose from a range listed under our Activities and enquire within to engage with us)

• Assist Life Stage Transition (Supports range from building connections/networks, coordinating supports, referrals for supports, psychosocial recovery coaching, assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations, life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development, and assistance with decision making, daily planning, financial mentoring)

• Household Tasks (domestic tasks like household cleaning, waste removal, yard maintenance, clothes washing and ironing to maintain a safe and healthy environment. We also provide assistance with meal preparation and delivery)

• Home Modification (Modifications available include ramps, grabrails/handrails, door/step modifications, kitchen or bathroom accessibility/renovation, stair lift, elevator installation and more)
