Community access support with own transportHi, I'm a sole trader with cert3 in disability and aged care in the Caboolture and Morayfield area. I have vacancies for clients in need of assistance with community participation. I have: First aid certification, experience with stoma care, hoisting and experience with clients who have behavioural issues. I have a large car (ute) for client transport which is comprehensively insured.
