Our Services
We offer a wide range of services designed to support people with varying needs. These services include in-home support, community access, respite and short-term accommodation.
An overview of some services offered in the above contexts include
Personal Care: Assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting. Companionship: Social visits, emotional support, and engaging activities to improve quality of life. Medication Support: Medication reminders, assistance with administration, and safe storage. Household Assistance: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and errands to ensure a clean and organized environment. Specialised Care: Tailored support for individuals with chronic physical and mental health conditions.
Our Team
We are proud to have a dedicated team of caregivers, including:
Certified Care Workers: Trained in personal care, mobility assistance, and general household tasks.
Specialized Caregivers: Trained in supporting people with Autism, physical disabilities, and complex health needs.
We currently have a team of approx. 25 skilled and compassionate staff who are passionate about providing the highest standard of care. Our staffing group is made up of experienced males and females of varying ages. Each member of our team undergoes a thorough recruitment process, including background checks and specialised training, to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism and care. Staff qualifications include but are not limited to manual handling training, peg feed training, medication training, first aid CPR and suctioning for tracheostomy.
Our Experience with Participants
We have extensive experience working with a diverse range of participants, including those diagnosed with severe acquired brain injury, spastic quadriplegia, non-verbal and non-ambulatory, developmental delay and conditions such mental health conditions, Dravet Syndrome, Hunter McAlpine Craniosynostosis, Down Syndrome, Psychosocial Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy and Autism to name a few.
