About Full Support Disability Services

We are genuinely passionate about supporting people living with disability as well as clients who require other forms of support in the community as we go above and beyond for you, just like your caring best friend would.Full Support Disability Services is new on the platform and is currently awaiting confirmation of NDIS provider registration and we serve all areas in the MORETON BAY REGION QLD with focus on Community Care and NDIS services for all age groups.



We provide in-home supports to participants with Autism, Mental Health Issues, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Physical Disability (including sensory disability), Intellectual Disability, Dementia, and participants in Aged care.



We provide supports to participants who are self-managed, plan managed, NDIA managed, as well as clients who want to pay out of pocket. Our tailored services will exceed your expectations. Our genuine and friendly staff are qualified and experienced holding all the relevant checks.



We provide an initial meet and greet session. We have no exit fees or hidden fees and all the fees are transparent. Our services can be started immediately.



OUR SERVICES:



PERSONAL CARE:

• Assistance with laying out clothes and assistance dressing

• Assisting and supervising hygiene

• Assistance with showering, grooming and toilet use

• Assistance with exercise routines

• Assistance with hoists and wheelchairs



GENERAL HOUSEHOLD DUTIES:

• Assistance with dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors and toilets, and disinfecting high touch areas like door handles and light switches -

• Assistance with washing, ironing, changing sheets and linen and making beds

• Assistance with general tidying of rooms, cupboards and wardrobes

• Assistance with feeding and caring for pets.



MEAL PREPARATION:

• Assistance with Planning and preparing meals

• Assistance with eating



HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL ASSISTANCE:

• We can assist you to plan, book and set off on short breaks or big adventures

• We can even organise a travel companion to support you wherever your itinerary takes you.



MEDICATION AND MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS MANAGEMENT:



• Assistance with medication adherence/compliance

• Assistance with obtaining prescriptions for restocking long term prescribed medications

• Assistance with booking GP and other Allied health Professionals Appointments

• Companion and assistance with day and overnight hospital stays



SHOPPING AND ADMIN-RELATED TASKS:

• Assistance with shopping offline and online for groceries, clothing and other essential goods

• Assistance with paying bills, doing your banking and managing subscriptions

• Assistance organising medical and health-related appointments



TRANSPORT:

• We can arrange transportation for you, and your friends and family, to get you to and from appointments, school, day programs, activities you’re taking part in, or any other social engagements/appointments



STAYING CONNECTED:

• We can assist you to maintain and develop your social networks

• Whether it’s getting out with friends and family or getting involved with community groups, feeling connected is great for your sense of wellbeing and for boosting your confidence



STAYING HEALTHY:

• We can assist you to create healthy routines through activities like swimming, going to the gym and any other forms of regular exercise.
