About The Iceberg Foundation

Our coaches support people with psychosocial disability to engage in their lives in a way they are proud of and satisfied with. Social Workers are uniquely placed to assist with complex decision making. They focus on maintaining and enhancing quality of life in a range of settings to facilitate empowerment and assist people with disability, their families and communities. Our support worker helps people to achieve and maintain physical, social, emotional and mental wellbeing in their daily lives through providing support that is tailored to a person's needs and goalsWe work with people who plan manage or self manage their NDIS funding to provide high quality services in a friendly, empathetic, professional and engaging way. We offer both online and face to face support at our offices or in an outreach capacity. Our clinicians and workers are qualified, experienced and trained in trauma informed practices. We focus on getting to know you and your goals and then supporting you to reach your goals and build a toolbox of strategies you can use to engage with life the way you want to. We value diversity and inclusivity and we are committed to ensuring that our services reflect this. We welcome all people regardless of race, gender, sexuality, bodies, abilities, and religion.
