We are a dynamic Occupational Therapy practice providing convenient mobile services throughout the picturesque region spanning from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.All your appointments will take place in the location most suitable to you. We will fit into your busy schedule, to meet the needs of your family. All of the YouandMe Therapists will drive to your home or the community space most relevant for providing the therapy you require. By operating in your preferred space, you will be able to continue the therapies recommended in your own environment between appointments.



Developmental Therapy: Our paediatric therapists are skilled in screening for developmental delays and recommending interventions to ensure your child realises their potential. Pre-prep screeners are available and can be provided at your local kindergarten or child care centre to ensure your child is ready to start school. For our high needs kids, we are experts in 24 hour positioning, supporting growing bodies and preventing any physical limitations.



Car and Home Modifications: All of our therapists are skilled in determining any minor modifications required for your car or home, and recommending providers for the purchase and installation of the recommended products. These includes:

Complete car modification for W/C accessibility Grab rails and drop down rail Hand-held shower installation Step modifications and step ramps Shower curtain, rods and screen removal Non-slip spray application to bathroom flooring



Assistive Technology Prescription: Here at You&MeOT, we are strong advocates for assistive technology, and the power it has to bring you independence and freedom. For this reason, all therapists keep up to date on the latest technologies and how these can support you to meet your goals. There is nothing too complex that we cannot handle!



Behaviour Management Support: If your child has behaviour that is challenging to manage, you may be able to get support through your child’s NDIS Plan. Many families have children with behaviour that can be challenging and difficult to manage. The You&Me team will work along side a positive behaviour management professional to ensure you get the best outcomes, now and in the future.



Self-care Interventions: At You&MeOT, we understand the importance of caring for yourself and having control and independence in your day to day life. Our therapists will teach/support you to complete daily activities such as cooking, showering, dressing, grooming and more. Through our extensive rehabilitation knowledge and assistive technology, we can help you achieve a greater level of independence.



Independent Living: Our team are skilled in assessing your home environment to ensure you can easily and safety continue to live in the place of your choice. Through a functional Capacity Assessment (FCA), we facilitate you are getting the right support, tailored to your individual needs. The world of supported independent living can be daunting. Our therapists will support you through the whole process to ensure you find the best accommodation to meet your individual needs.
