Individual, couples, and family counselling services are available in person at our practice in Woodend, or via Telehealth. Small group programs are also available for skill development, social support, and carer support.Rebecca is a warm and insightful Clinical Psychologist, skilled in supporting her clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world. She has the ability to genuinely connect and identify your strengths. Rebecca provides space for you to resolve difficulties, build confidence, and achieve your goals. Rebecca has expertise working with persons with Autism, mild intellectual disabilities, trauma, chronic health, and chronic pain conditions. She has expertise delivering therapeutic interventions to address mental health challenges interferring with wellbeing and day-to-day activities.

Kathryn loves working with people and her wisdom and practical tools for life are rich, varied and far-reaching. Kathryn provides space for her clients to explore their feelings and emotions, igniting self-awareness and supporting them to develop appreciation, resourcefulness and connectivity. She also offers support with relationship building, clarity of thoughts, addressing behaviours, thought patterns and issues like anxiety and stress. Kathryn specialises in supporting carers and parents with children that have special needs including ADHD, Autism and Trauma Based Behaviours. Kathryn is also available for couples counselling, and small group programs.
