Our support workers are highly trained and experienced, they are passionate about supporting the youth in our communitiesAt Total Development Program (TDP) we provide support for NDIS participants (self managed & plan managed ) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety Issues and Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) with mentoring, community access, respite, daily living activities, high intensity daily personal activities and sporting engagement.

To create an inclusive world where every vulnerable young person knows that they are heard, and are needed for the good of all. To foster an environment that encourages and nurtures the personal interests and talents of young people at risk to create a positive self-image, build confidence in their abilities, increase their resilience and hope for a brighter future.
