About Cerebral Palsy Support Network

Innovative Choices is a program that empowers you to recruit and manage your own support workers. You choose support workers you already know & trust, who work the hours you need, provide the type of care needed, and who your lifestyle & culture. We are a community, coming together to support and empower parents and carers of individuals with cerebral palsy. We began as a small group of parents of children with cerebral palsy over 20 years ago. Becoming a member is the first step to joining our community. Membership is free for individuals with cerebral palsy, their parents, carers and immediate family. As a member, we can empower you and your family by connecting you with others in our community, as well as to our services.

Our services include:

Innovative Choices - you choose support workers you already know and trust, who can work the hours and locations you need.

Support Coordination - we love getting to know our clients and are passionate about getting the best outcomes that suit their individual needs.

Member Services are free and include NDIS Pre-Planning, Telehealth, support groups, social networking events and classes. We are here to support you with information and advice. Josh, Nat and Nick would love to have a chat with you today.
