Our Group Based Activities are designed to bring people of similar ages and interests together and create that connection we all love to haveIn our experience, developing an Authentic Relationship with our participants is key to providing effective support. A hearty relationship enables our Mentors to effectively assist our participants with all aspects of their lives. We want to empower our participants to find pragmatic solutions and strategies to increase positivity in their lives, by increasing their capacity for independence, building self-esteem, reducing co-dependent behaviours, recognising strengths & weaknesses to strengthen flaws & celebrate achievements!
