About Action on Disability within Ethnic Communities

Plan Management provided by ADEC helps you to manage your NDIS funds. You decide how to use your funds, we manage the paperwork.ADEC prides themselves on providing high quality NDIS services for people from a non-English speaking background.

The NDIS services we provide are

  • NDIS Disability Support: we provide personal care, community access and domestic assistance support. We can match you to a support worker who suits your disability, language and cultural needs. Core or Capacity Building funds in an NDIS plan can be used to access this support. Available in Metro Melbourne only.

  • NDIS Plan Management: we provide plan management services to make the management of your NDIS funds easier for you. Our Plan Managers can process invoices on your behalf and monitor you funding to ensure it lasts for your whole plan and that it meets NDIS guidelines. Plan Management must be allocated in your NDIS plan to access this support. Nation wide service.

  • NDIS Appeals and Reviews: is a FREE service that helps people with a disability (or people affected by an NDIA decision) who are not happy with their NDIS plan or access decision. Our Appeals Officers step you through the process to appeal an access or funding decision and assist to source any documents or evidence you may need. Victoria wide service.
