Offering Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to people in NSW Northern Rivers and Qld Coolangatta.As a recovery coach I am able to work with you at your own pace. I am here to support you on your recovery journey, whatever that means to you. I use a strengths based approach to explore what your values are and we then work together to develop a plan of what you would like life to look like.

I look at who you have in your support network and help to identify any gaps you may have. In this role, I support you to look at what you are able to recieve under your NDIS plan. I support you to navigate the service system and find the best services to suit your needs.

In addition to this, I support you to play an active role on your support team. I also aim to ensure that your family or significant others are involved, if that is something you want.



I aim to make sure that your supports are; working well for you, working well together and that everyone is on the same page.
